Recently the Chequers has been used as an annexe to the Lifeboat, Thornham, but it re-opened as a pub on 24 July 2024. Currently serving pop-up food from visiting suppliers with the intention to re-open the kitchen. Two locally sourced beers available. Check with pub for details of the street food vendors.
